Reasons for reading about the Vance= To find shipmates, Other
Comments= I have a picture of the bow section, including gun mount and 387 number,taken off the coast of Vietnam. An LBGB is also in the picture. The picture was taken between 67-69.
I saw some NVA prisoners on a Destroyer during this period. A Swift Boat and the Destroyer captured them. I forgot the name of the Detroyer. We also had the USS Dupont alongside after it was hit by the Jane Fonda's NVA guns.
