Comments= Doing Google searches on Donald F Milligan, our Captain 64-65. My navy experience was throught the Naval Reserves at Los Alimitos, CA. Our second two week active duty, after boot camp, as aboard the USS Wiseman DE-667, summer of '61 chipping paint etc.
