Comments : I was looking over my 100+ photographs taken while on board the USS Vance starting from July 1967 when I caught up with the Vance in Koashiung Taiwan ending in 1969 when the ship was decommissioned in Vallejo California.
I have 4 pictures of crew members I'd like to send to establish the date taken. I wrote June 1968. going to Qui-Nhon as a work party at a Orphange.
